1. Donation Refund Policy

• Donations are generally non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to charitable activities.

• Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Technical errors during payment

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, donors must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Transaction ID

• Date of Donation

• Amount Donated

• Reason for Refund

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay

4. Cancellation

Once a donation is completed, it cannot be canceled except under the conditions stated above.
